The Promise Witch

In the final Wild Magic trilogy novel, drought and dark magic have taken hold in Witches Borough. Mup’s grandmother, who once ruled cruelly, remains in hiding and continues to threaten the community. As Mup’s mother attempts to build trust among the citizens, Mup becomes concerned about her friend Crow, whose unsettling song and apparent dark-magic gift draw danger. Crow’s mother kidnaps him in hopes of gaining the grandmother’s favor and forces Mup to guide her. Mup must use her limited magic while confronting drought, danger, and divided loyalties.
