The Real Dada Mother Goose: A Treasury of Complete Nonsense

This book takes six familiar Mother Goose rhymes and reworks each through a series of Dada-inspired, absurd variations. Every traditional rhyme appears first in its customary form, followed by six new versions. Humpty Dumpty’s story becomes a telephone-style translation and a postcard from camp; “Jack Be Nimble” is transformed into a book report and a multiple-choice quiz.
