Swing It, Sunny

Ten-year-old Sunny is trying to adjust to the absence of her older brother Dale, who has been sent to military school after problems involving alcohol and drugs. His holiday visits leave Sunny hurt and confused as he remains distant. A new teenage neighbor introduces Sunny to swinging flags in color guard, giving her an absorbing activity outside the tensions at home. When her grandfather visits from Florida, Sunny gets an opportunity to talk about Dale and what the family has been avoiding.
