I Like Trains

A little dog shares an enthusiastic interest in trains through play, reading, and an outing. The dog loads animal passengers onto a toy train and imagines riding in a box that becomes a train car. It also names many kinds of trains it likes, including long and short, fast and slow, and trains with faces. A train trip leads to Grandma’s house, where the dog describes the journey, makes a train drawing, and plays trains with Grandma.
