Heidi and Gunnvald remain hurt by a childhood separation: Heidi’s mother took her away after leaving her with Gunnvald for years. Astrid is confused by their conflict and distressed when Heidi plans to sell Gunnvald’s farm to the owner of a local wellness retreat.
