Luck Of The Titanic

Valora and Jamie Luck are British-Chinese twins who work as acrobats and travel aboard the Titanic on its first voyage. Valora has a ticket for the ocean liner and a dream, but encounters exclusion at the gangway: she is told that Chinese people are not permitted to enter the United States. Determined to board the ship, Valora’s situation unfolds on the Titanic’s ill-fated maiden journey, alongside her twin and their shared British-Chinese identity.
