Leave It on the Track

Morgan “Moose” Shaker survives the fire that kills her two fathers at their roller rink. She leaves small-town Utah for Portland, Oregon, to live with a much older half sister she barely knows. While dealing with anxiety, grief, and uncertainty about coming out, Moose joins a roller derby team. The sport gives her an outlet and connects her with teammates who support her as she confronts loss and questions about her queer identity.
