Harriet Gets Carried Away

Harriet wears costumes wherever she goes, including on a shopping trip with her two dads for supplies for her birthday party. Dressed as a penguin, she heads off to look for party hats and is swept away with a group of penguins from the frozen-food aisle. Their hot-air-balloon journey takes her to a frozen place, but Harriet realizes she should be back in the city. With help from an ice floe, a makeshift parasail, an orca, and pigeons, she returns home in time for a rooftop costume party.
