Everywhere Blue

Twelve-year-old Maddie’s orderly life changes when her older brother disappears from his college campus. Believing he has run away, she tries to determine where he has gone. The main clue is his concern about climate change, and her search exposes painful family secrets that threaten the life the family has known. Written in free verse, the novel follows Maddie’s attempt to understand both her brother’s absence and the questions it raises at home.
