Windy Girl and her dog, Itchy Boy, travel with Uncle to a powwow. During the trip, Uncle tells stories about earlier powwows, dances, gifts, sharing, and gratitude. At the gathering, Windy watches jingle-dress dancers, hears singers and drummers, eats food, and spends time with family and friends around a campfire.
