Bird of a Thousand Stories

Marjan Dastani balances schoolwork with secret missions for the Fells, an organization that sends her to care for magical creatures. While healing a vegetable lamb in Istanbul, she encounters a dangerous Nordic villain connected to her estranged uncle, an animal healer who once mentored her late father. The villain takes a rare bird that hatched from an egg Marjan removed from the lamb. The Bird of a Thousand Stories carries the world’s stories and cultural memory, and it was meant to be under Marjan’s protection. Determined to rescue it, Marjan must seek help while questioning whether the Fells can be trusted.
