Big Bear and Little Bear Go Fishing
Amy Hest
Big Bear and Little Bear set out for a fishing trip, but preparations take time. They put on fishing clothes, load poles into a red wagon, bake blueberry scones, and bring along a storybook. At the river, they wait in a rowboat while the fish refuse to bite. When one fish finally appears, it looks back at them and escapes their catch. The two bears end their outing together, watching the light on the lake.
