Winston Chu vs. the Wingmeisters

Twelve-year-old Winston Chu confronts a new problem after earlier adventures involving his sister and the moon’s qi. Mr. Gu, the human brother of Mr. Pang, is running to become San Francisco’s mayor, though Winston believes appearances can mislead. At the same time, fog and memory loss spread through the city. Winston must uncover what is happening before it is too late.
