We Are Definitely Human
X. Fang
After a midnight disturbance, Mr. Li finds three unusual strangers in his yard. Although they insist that they are human and say their vehicle needs repair, their blue skin, bulbous eyes, and unfamiliar behavior suggest otherwise. Mr. Li gives them a place to stay until morning. At the general store, customers accept the visitors’ differences and join in repairing their hot-pink, spherical spaceship. Tools, food, and radio music turn the work into a gathering, while the visitors learn about everyday things such as dancing and eating hot dogs.
