Tiger vs. Nightmare
Emily Tetri
Tiger has a monster beneath her bed, and she is glad he is there: each night, he keeps nightmares away. Her parents think Monster is imaginary, while Tiger knows he is real. Before sleep, she shares some of her dinner with him and they play together. Then a nightmare arrives that Monster cannot face by himself. When he is frightened, Tiger comforts him and urges them to confront it together, turning their usual nighttime arrangement into a shared challenge.
