After witnessing gun violence at school, Manuel turns to photography to help himself stay grounded. Returning from spring break, he finds a school community recovering from a traumatic event. He joins classmates Caysha and Sebastian on a county-fair project, and the three begin to form a friendship. Together, they open up to one another, confront fear, and find love, while Manuel continues to use photography as part of his effort to cope.
