The Bridge

Two teenagers who do not know one another arrive at the George Washington Bridge intending to end their lives by jumping. The book unfolds through four distinct possible scenarios, each offering a different outcome as the teens struggle to survive. Their shared crisis and the alternate paths presented place suicidal thoughts and survival at the heart of the story. An author’s note and resources are included alongside the narrative.
