Sometimes the Girl

Eighteen-year-old Holiday is shaken by her brother’s recent suicide attempt, misses her former girlfriend Maya, and struggles to write after a long dry spell. To earn money for a trip with Maya, she takes a temporary job organizing the attic of Elsie McAllister, a famous elderly author. As Holiday sorts through unexpected items and learns more about Elsie, she confronts secrets that alter how she sees art, life, and her own choices.
