Skyriders

Thirteen-year-old junior courier Kie shares jokes and secrets with N’Rah, her winged horse and closest friend. Humans and skysteeds have deep bonds in their empire. When ancient chimerae return to Prekalt and attack, Kie and N’Rah reluctantly join the fight. Together they face the threat to the empire and Kie must prove herself capable of leading in a struggle for survival.
