Shape Families

Shape Families introduces geometric characters and their varied households. A young cylinder lives with his sphere grandmother; a hexagon has twin trapezoid sisters; and a trapezoid has heptagon and nonagon mothers who perform in a band. The comic-style book uses these characters to present shapes and different family units. Back matter provides descriptions of every geometric shape featured in the story.
