Red Hood

Seventeen-year-old Bisou kills a wolf, only to find that its body becomes that of one of her classmates. More attacks follow, leaving her to question whether she is a hunter or a murderer. Bisou has lived with her grandmother in Seattle since she was four. The story presents a dark, violent confrontation with threats to female power and follows Bisou’s effort to reclaim it amid escalating uncertainty about what she has done and what the attacks mean.
