Persephone’s Curse

The Farthing sisters are rumored to descend from Persephone and share their New York City brownstone with Henry, the ghost of a teenage boy who died there decades earlier. Winnie can sometimes see other ghosts, while her sisters have gifts for writing, music, and prophetic painting. When Winnie acts to stop Evie’s attachment to Henry, both Henry and then Evie disappear. A cold black mark appears above the house, and Winnie seeks to undo the harm and bring her sister back.
