Orisha, Volume 1: With Great Power

Aboki is an African teenager who unexpectedly gains the power of an Orisha, one of the immensely powerful beings born from celestial seeds that appear around the world. He is reluctant to use his new abilities. As he forms alliances with companions, Aboki must keep others from claiming his power for conquest. The story also raises questions about whom he can trust and whether people are inherently corrupt.
