Noteworthy

Jordan Sun attends a boarding school for the performing arts. Her deep voice keeps her from being cast in school productions, so she auditions for an all-male octet. She goes incognito in order to join the group and seek a chance to perform. The story follows Jordan’s response to being excluded from the musical and her attempt to find another place in the school’s vocal world. Black-and-white illustrations appear alongside the narrative.
