On a rainy morning in Seoul, rush-hour traffic inches across Seogang Bridge. A tiny kitten, barely two weeks old, is trapped among the cars and moving tires. Drivers and passengers notice, honk, worry, and look away because they do not know how to help. One person finally pulls over, and an adult and child wait in the rain for the kitten’s cry. The driver then finds and rescues the frightened animal.
