I Am Not Alone

Alberto, an undocumented immigrant from Mexico, lives with mental illness and becomes a suspect in a killing. He hears Captain America, a voice that pushes him to achieve more regardless of the consequences. Grace has a supportive boyfriend, aims to become valedictorian, and expects to attend her dream college. Alberto and a teenager from a very different world quickly develop a connection based on mutual support.
