Here I Am, I Am Me uses a graphic-novel journey through the brain to explore mental health. Across nine chapters, illustrated characters represent parts of the brain while the book considers the brain, the mind, feelings, and emotions. It presents complex neuroscience concepts in accessible language and shows readers what may be happening in their heads. The format combines information with an illustrated adventure.
