Good Enough

Twelve-year-old Riley is receiving treatment for anorexia in a residential eating-disorder clinic. Before the disorder took over, she saw herself as an aspiring artist, runner, sister, and friend. It has instead damaged her friendships, disrupted her art, made running harmful, and broken her family’s trust. From the treatment center, Riley describes her struggles with food and self-image as she works toward recovery.
