Gone Dark

After a widespread power failure throws the country into chaos, seventeen-year-old Zara must guide her friends across the country. Their destination is the survivalist compound run by her estranged father. Zara had escaped that remote home five years earlier, but it becomes the group’s possible refuge during the crisis. The story follows their effort to reach safety amid a national breakdown and Zara’s uneasy connection to the father she left behind.
