Flight Plan

Thirteen-year-old Jamie is flying out of Chicago when the plane loses power, lighting, and communications. Although the aircraft lands safely, cars, phones, and other technologies have also stopped across a wide area. Roughly 1,200 miles from home, Jamie travels with flight crew members, other passengers, and a rescued dog named Godzilla as panic spreads. Their dangerous journey calls on survival skills, judgment, courage, and cooperation after familiar systems collapse.
