Determined to Stay: Palestinian Youth Fight for Their Village

An American social studies teacher interviews Palestinian young people about trauma experienced under Israeli occupation. Their accounts concern Silwan, a Palestinian village just outside Jerusalem’s Old City walls, and their efforts to resist. The book relates their resistance to that of Native Americans.
