Children of Exile

For twelve years, Rosi, her younger brother Bobo, and other children have been raised in Fredtown by adults known as the Freds. The children were told it was unsafe to live with their parents, but they are suddenly sent back to their biological families. As the oldest child, Rosi is expected to answer questions she cannot resolve. When she reaches home, it is unlike anything the Freds had led the children to expect, causing her trust to falter.
