Buffalo Fluffalo and Puffalo
Bess Kalb, illustrated by Erin Kraan
Buffalo Fluffalo’s familiar prairie routine changes when a new sibling, Puffalo, arrives. Fluffalo initially dislikes the loud little buffalo and questions what Puffalo needs. Crow explains that the newcomer needs time to learn and grow. As Puffalo learns to move about, Fluffalo teaches the younger buffalo to eat plants and avoid red ants. The two eventually take walks together and share naps.
