Bizzy Mizz Lizzie

Lizzie is a young bee in Hivetown who is always in motion. Her constant activity leaves her exhausted, and the story follows her discovery that she needs to slow down. As she pauses, Lizzie learns to notice the flowers and the ordinary pleasures she has been rushing past. The book uses a bee character and a humorous approach to explore a change from being relentlessly busy to taking time to appreciate her surroundings. Acrylic illustrations accompany Lizzie’s experience.
