Beyond the Fence

Piggy lives in a large house with Thomas, a boy who dictates the games they play as well as how Piggy should dress and act. Meeting Wild Pig introduces Piggy to a different life outside the fence. The encounter raises questions of individuality and choosing for oneself. Thomas and Piggy always play the games Thomas chooses. The book is illustrated with richly colored, simple line art.
