Bear

Bear is Patrick’s service dog as well as his closest companion; Patrick is blind, and Bear sees protecting him as his purpose. When Bear loses his own sight, that role suddenly feels uncertain. Advice from a group of raccoons sends him into the forest, where he tries to find his way back to Patrick. Along the journey, Bear must rely on senses other than vision and encounters the world differently than he did before. The story centers on a service dog, his owner, and the changes that follow Bear’s loss of sight.
