Alterations

Kevin Lee lives with his family in a crowded Toronto apartment above their alterations and dry-cleaning shop. At school, he is one of few Asian children and receives unwelcome attention. Feeling unseen both at home and school, Kevin faces a class trip to the Thrill Planet theme park. He wonders whether the trip could change his circumstances or become another difficult day.
