Bike is a community bicycle beginning her first day in the city. Parked on the street and ready to be used, she worries that no one will choose to ride her. Her first rider is Sunita, and the day leads to new experiences, unexpected adventures, and friendships. Told from Bike’s perspective, the story centers on bike sharing, travel through the city, and the ways a community bicycle can help people. It also follows Bike as she encounters the excitement and uncertainty of doing something for the first time.
