We Are Inevitable

Nineteen-year-old Aaron works in his family’s secondhand bookstore, though the only book he can bear to read concerns the dinosaurs’ extinction. After his brother dies from an overdose and his mother leaves, Aaron struggles to keep the bookstore financially afloat. The family’s urgent money problems eventually bring assistance from unexpected allies. Aaron’s grief and responsibility shape his effort to hold on to the store.
