Voices: The Final Hours of Joan of Arc

This verse narrative draws on brief statements from Joan of Arc’s Trial of Condemnation and from people who spoke at a later trial. It recounts and imagines Joan’s final days while revisiting her earlier efforts against the English claim on France in the fifteenth century.
