Thukpa for All

Tsering eagerly awaits his grandmother’s Tibetan noodle soup and invites friends and neighbours to share it. As the meal is being prepared, a power outage leaves the home dark. The anticipated thukpa must still be assembled, and Abi faces the task. Told through the perspective of a blind child, the story follows a gathering shaped by food, visitors, and an unexpected interruption. Its illustrations use a bright folk-art style.
