This Is My Brain on Boys

Addie Emerson prefers science and high grades to romance, and she does not believe love is real for her. She decides that love is a chemical state in the brain that can be artificially triggered. At her elite private school, Addie uses this idea in an attempt to make classmates fall in love and win the Athenian Award for Science, a college scholarship. Her experiment does not proceed as planned when she develops romantic feelings herself, challenging her theory and assumptions.
