The Doughnut Fix

Eleven-year-old Tris moves with his family from New York City to Petersville, a small town. Rather than dwell on his accomplished sister, Jeanine, he turns to his cooking skills. Tris works to restore Petersville’s tradition of chocolate cream doughnuts, which becomes a way for him to face the challenges of arriving in a new place. The book includes recipes and a business plan of his own.
