The Chance to Fly

Thirteen-year-old wheelchair racer Nat Beacon moves with her family from California to New Jersey. There, she pursues her love of musical theater after discovering auditions for a youth community production of Wicked. Nat wants a role in her favorite musical and encounters unexpected difficulties while working toward that goal. Her new home, theater ambitions, and wheelchair racing are all part of her experience.
