Stage Dreams

During the Civil War in New Mexico, Grace flees Georgia and conscription into the Confederate Army. Her journey west changes when Flor, a Latina outlaw known as the Ghost Hawk, takes her from a coach. Flor initially intends to hold Grace for ransom, but the two join forces against a Confederate plan. Grace helps Flor prepare to enter a Confederate gala and take important documents. The story is presented in color graphic panels with historical annotations.
