Someone Else’s Shoes

Twelve-year-old Izzy, an aspiring stand-up comic, is struggling with her parents’ divorce, her father’s remarriage, and a new baby expected in his household. Her uncle Henderson and cousin Oliver move in with Izzy and her mother after Oliver’s mother dies by suicide. A road trip joins three young people looking for family and acceptance, while a new emergency affects everyone involved.
