Mr. Whiskers and the Shenanigan Sisters

Mr. Whiskers is a savvy stray dog with a talent for noticing trouble and an attachment to sisters Misty and Zelda. When their professor father is abducted, the dog tracks the vehicle and finds important clues. The sisters and Mr. Whiskers pursue the trail through San Francisco, encountering concealed routes, secrets, and pirate treasure. Black-and-white spot illustrations accompany their search and rescue.
