League of Archers

Elinor Dray, a twelve-year-old novice nun, has long admired Robin Hood. She and her friends secretly hunt on the baron’s lands and take food for poor neighbors. When she is accused of killing Robin Hood, she runs into the forest to clear her name. This retelling of the Robin Hood legend follows a young heroine confronting whether violence can be justified by a cause she sees as fair, alongside her efforts to understand what heroism demands.
