Harry Miller’s Run

Liam is preparing for the Junior Great North Run in Newcastle upon Tyne when he is asked to help his elderly neighbor, Harry Miller, move his belongings. As Liam packs with Harry, he learns that Harry once ran in the Great Run as a boy. Harry tells Liam about completing a half marathon in 1938. The story brings Liam’s current training together with Harry’s memories of running and the connection formed while they work together.
