Green Eyes and Ham

Ham Hudson enters public school for the first time after being homeschooled throughout his life. Beginning eighth grade, he hopes the new school year will let him become someone different, but he encounters an adversary, an unfamiliar social world, and growing insecurities. Ham is the adopted son of a minister and is questioning his sexual identity. Meeting Micah becomes part of his attempt to navigate a difficult and confusing school life.
